Imagine a fundraising activity that provides amazing memories for families and only takes around an hour of their time while earning valuable fundraising dollars for your school/preschool.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you book a date for your Family Portraits fundraising session we provide you with all that you need to book families in for their photo session. We'll give you a comprehensive coordinators guide, posters, brochures, appointmnet cards, plus much more.
Each family pays $20 for their Family Portrait session and they receive a complimentary 10" x 13" family photo and a frame.
The $20 you collect from each family who book a Family Portrait session goes directly to your school/preschool or organisation. Our photographic team will come to your school or preschool on a Saturday and/or Sunday. Our Photographer spends around 15 minutes with each family taking between 40 and 60 shots (depending on the number in the family). Parents then spend about 30 minutes with one of our viewing consultants selecting the images that they want (even the complimentary family portrait). That means families don't have to come back another day to view!
Forget run of the mill traditional family photography, our creative, fun portraits offer something unique. With no pre-defined poses, we work with each family to capture a portfolio of photographs that capture their individual personalities perfectly. We're certain you'll love it!
We print the photos in our professional lab so have complete control of the images from the moment they are taken. This allows us to offer touch-ups and edits not otherwise possible. The photos are delivered to the school/preschool about three weeks after photography day.
MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NUMBERS
For a Family Portraits day to go ahead we require a minimum of 25 families to have paid their $20 by the Friday prior to photography day. Our maximum for one day is 30 families. If more than 30 families want to book a second consecutive day will be required.
