WHAT DOES A FAMILY NEED TO KNOW?

  • Make sure you know your appointment time. If you're unsure check with your coordinator. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to fill in a portrait sitting card and to relax for a minute before the fun begins.
  • All "fundraiser" family portraits must have TWO GENERTIONS in the photo.
  • Each person can only be photographed in ONE “fundraiser” family photo.
  • Grandparents and other family members are welcome in your sittings.
  • You need to arrive in the clothes that you want to be photographed in and we recommend that you avoid strong patterns or white tops (clean denim looks great).
  • Allow up to an hour for your shoot and photo viewing.
  • You know your kids better than us so prepare them to have some fun during the photo shoot.

 

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE PHOTO SESSION?

When it’s time for your photo session we bring you into our plain white (high key) studio setting and start having fun. We pose you casually and we have a laugh while we are taking photos.

We will photograph your whole family together, your kids together and individually, just parents and any other combinations that you may like. We aim to get a lot of variety during the shoot. There is no limit to the number of different poses that we can do. Have a think about what you would like as we always try to fit every family’s tastes.  Have a look at our Gallery page to give you some ideas.

The shoot will take approximately 20 minutes, during which we expect to capture between 40 and 80 images, depending on the number in the family.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE FINISH YOUR PHOTO SESSION?

When you finish the session we take a look at your photos. We have a consultant on site to show you through all of the photos and help you choose your complimentary FAMILY photo and frame as well as any extra photos that you wish to purchase. When you finish selecting your complimentary photo and any extra prints you can pay by cheque, cash or credit card.

Viewing times vary depending on the number of photos taken and on your choice of package. On average viewing takes around 20 - 30 minutes.

 

HOW MUCH DO EXTRA PHOTOS COST?

Extra prints begin from as little as $60, we also have several value packages and many other options including collages, storyboards, portfolio CD’s and poster prints, the choices are amazing. The only thing to remember is to come prepared as the photo day is the only day that you can purchase the photos at reduced prices.  We accept Credit Card, EFTPOS, Cash and Cheque on the day.

If you are unable to pay in full on the day your order will attract a $25 late payment fee for additional postage and handling.

 

WHEN DO I GET MY PHOTOS?

All of your photos will arrive individually packed at the centre with privacy assured approximately 3 weeks after the photography. Your coordinator will then distribute the orders to you directly.
