WHAT DOES A COORDINATOR NEED TO KNOW
As a Coordinator you will be the main contact between your organisation and SchoolPix Family Portraits.
The most important thing to remember is that SchoolPix is here to help you in any way that we can. We always try and keep in contact with you during your booking period with helpful tips and advice. We never want you to feel that you can’t contact us, and remember the only silly question is one that is not asked.
The key tasks as Coordinator are to offer family portrait sittings to as many families as you can, and assist us on the day of photography to make sure all runs smoothly. To thank you for your efforts we offer the Coordinator a complimentary package of their family photos. We’ll happily take your photos first if you wish, before any other families arrive, so you can be sure to relax and enjoy your fun family photo experience!
When taking bookings please keep them as close together as possible so we can make the most of our time together on the day of the shoot. Start by booking the first appointment for the day and then offer the next time slot to the next family etc. Sometimes this is not possible but often people will be happy to go with the time suggested.
As a Coordinator it is a very good idea to read through all of the information that your parents will receive so that you are familiar with the information that your parents are reading. The Family Info section of this website is also worth reading so you know what advise we give parents and what we recommend during a shoot.
