CENTRE INFO
As a centre or school once you have appointed a coordinator for your fundraiser all of the contact will be done through the coordinator.
All you need to do is provide SchoolPix Family Portraits with enough room to hold the photography day. Typically all we need is a standard size class room or a standard size kinder/creche room, and if at all possible please allocate us a room or space with not too much hanging from the ceiling as our studio set up can be quite tall. We do understand that this is not always possible and we will work around as much as we can. All of our teams will leave your premises exactly the way we found it so there is no need to have anyone on hand to fix the room ready for classes or kinder the next day.
HOW MUCH DOES OUR PRESCHOOL/SCHOOL EARN FOR HOSTING A FAMILY PORTRAITS FUNDRAISER?
Every family that books pays $15.00 directly to your preschool/school, so 20 families means $300. Here at SchoolPix we also reward you for your efforts in securing more bookings so once you reach 36 bookings over 2 consecutive days a bonus payment of $5 per family applies. That's another $200 when you book 40 families! (Conditions apply)
HOW ABOUT AN EXTRA $100?
If you use SchoolPix for both your preschool/school photography and your Family Portraits fundraising photography you will receive an extra bonus payment of $100. Payable after completion of the second booking.
